Those of you who have Autistic children, have I am sure, had to call on the expertise of the local Charity Support.
- when you NEED help and there seems to be none
- when you need an advocate to fight your corner
- when you need advoce on how to liaise with education
- when you need to know you are NOT alone
- at the support meeting – where you know you aren’t the only one pulling your hair out!
We do know that the Charities have been hit by funding problems and we still depend on them for summer schemes, holiday trips, and general support.
We rarely see adverts for shop fronts selling products and proceeds going to one of these charities, so I was delighted to come across Kerri O Loane.
Kerri works for StellaDot.co.uk
They have produced a really gorgeoud range of jewellery- which for April as Autism Awareness Month, they are selling a boutique of jewellery to raise funds for NAS.. All net proceeds going to fund the charity!
i LOVED this…
you will buy a piece and wear it…and send your friends back for some when they see it!.
