limbs have done imaginary marathons

brain must literally go into shut-down

no restart button

continuous

completely overwhelming

invisible

debilitating

chronic weakness

aches where i haven’t moved

is this it?

exhaustion

emotional exhaustion

physically burnt out

by being

at a cellular level

    Until you have exhausted all options , this is not it.
    The physio booklet suggests benefits of exercise are:
    Reduced pain
    Maintened muscle strength and improved physical function
    Reduced fatigue
    Improvements in quality of life and psychological wellbeing.
    A booklet on the way for your new physio! !

    She’s been through the wars over the years too
    Sept going to be busy month once I get our AGM out of way must get a date arranged for you to meet her and another lady who will answer all your crochet queries
