PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES – great ambition.
i have been PUSHING the boundaries-
using my body
doing things.
extra.
sure it’s for others
it’s only music.
and MUSIC was ME…and i can feel the ME…the ME that is no more… i can BRIEFLY touch that HUMAN feedback.
nothing is JUST anything after a brain injury, or with a brain condition, take your pick.
but YOUR saying must change to RESPECT your boundaries
i KNOW IT…
i have LEARNED the trade off for me is immeasurable PAIN,
inaccessible pain,
and more fatigue that is just.
MY BOUNDARIES ARE SOLID WALLS….
i push them, and i INJURE myself.
i must respect this.
you must ALSO respect this is my case.
And I do! For I know something about those kinds of boundaries myself. Love and hugs, N 🙂 ❤
Thanks Natalie. I hope I keep it managed
Hi Helen, I know you have major boundaries but your love of music always shines through. Hope you can enjoy it to the fullest extent possible, given everything. jxxx
Am pushing 2 services. And all that it implies…
Best of luck and I suppose the key is pacing yourself as much as is humanly possible.x
