Agree with every word but it’s a shame when some men can’t cope with the illness. Mine ditched me and said “I don’t want a disabled wife or life anymore” as he walked out never to come back and the effect that had in me and the kids will last a lifetime. But very happy for you though.
It’s not easy. Not for anyone. We have to battle to understand what remains of us. I don’t know what the future holds. But it is a life sentence for everyone involved. Sadly.
